Our standard formulations are focused on the processing of hotmelts, whether reactive or not. High viscosity products such as butyl, or low viscosity inks behave completely differently from hotmelt, requiring a completely different design and extensive engineering. The many special formulations in the range give us the opportunity to provide a solution, even for less common materials that need to be processed in a warm state.

The GX71 Series drum melter is designed for melting and dispensing all types of hot melt adhesives including reactive PUR hot melt from 200 liter drums. The unique design of different melting plates configures your device for the desired melting capacity and guarantees minimal adhesive residue in the vessel. The FlexControl control displays all parameters and settings in a clear manner and also partially automates the actions required to perform a vessel change correctly and safely.
