Terms and Conditions

1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all quotes, agreements, and sales of InduTech Int., based in Zandhoven, Belgium. 1.2. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read these general and specific sales conditions and accepts them in full. Detailed sales conditions are available upon simple request. 1.3. InduTech Int. focuses exclusively on the business market (B2B). Orders are only accepted from companies that possess a valid VAT number.

2.1. All prices mentioned on the website of InduTech Int. are for guidance only and not binding. 2.2. All listed prices are exclusive of VAT, taxes, and any other government levies. 2.3. InduTech Int. expressly reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice, as well as the right to refuse orders.

3.1. An agreement is only established after the explicit order confirmation by InduTech Int. 3.2. After receipt of the order, the customer will be sent an order confirmation. This will include the current stock status and/or the expected delivery time.

4.1. All deliveries are made "Ex Works" (ex-warehouse) from the InduTech Int. location in Zandhoven, Belgium, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. 4.2. The transportation costs and the risk of transport are entirely the responsibility of the buyer from the moment the goods leave the warehouse. 4.3. Most goods are available for immediate delivery and/or have a lead time of 1 to 2 weeks, starting after order confirmation and receipt of payment. 4.4. The specified delivery times are always indicative and do not constitute a fatal deadline.

5.1. All our internet prices are based on prepayment. The goods will be shipped only after full receipt of payment by InduTech Int, along with the official invoice. 5.2. A payment term of 30 days net after shipment of the goods and the invoice date may only be granted after prior explicit and written approval by InduTech Int. 5.3. In case of late payment, InduTech Int reserves the right to suspend further deliveries or to terminate the agreement.

6.1. InduTech Int. offers a warranty on manufacturing defects that is limited to 2000 production hours or a maximum of 12 months after shipment of the goods, whichever limit is reached first. 6.2. The warranty is explicitly excluded for typical wear parts (consumables). 6.3. The warranty is void immediately in the event of improper use, incorrect installation, inadequate maintenance, or modifications to the goods by the customer or third parties.

7.1. Only Belgian law applies to every contract, every offer, and every agreement resulting from a purchase at InduTech Int. 7.2. In the event of disputes regarding the interpretation or execution of the agreement, only the courts of the district where InduTech Int. is located are competent.
