Swirl Glue Guns
We offer swirl hot melt solutions for the efficient processing of standard hot melts, as well as adhesives with a long open time (such as PSA, PO, and APAO hot melts). Swirl systems are often used for palletizing, pallet stabilization, anti-slip applications, and temporary fixation.

- ✓Coverage: Open structure, circular
- ✓Swirl width: 5 – 1000 mm through mounting multiple modules on the adhesive head

The wide and uniform coverage ensures optimal distribution of the adhesive, resulting in improved stress distribution and stronger bonding between the materials to be joined. At the same time, the fine atomization allows for very precise dosing, reducing adhesive consumption. The technology is suitable for various substrates, including plastics, textiles, and foam materials, and enables reliable bonding of both porous and non-porous materials.
